    I dont understand what is going on here. yesterday the 60000 seller at spp price of .12 couldnt get a taker. OSH advise that well will reach target early next week which was to be anticipated(approx) and this morning there are buyers for 750000+ at 12. could someone enlighten me as to possible reasons or is there a leak of positive news? thanks crookers
