And what is even worse is they told shareholders last year they would absolutely file the IND before the end of 2007.
I also agree there might be something in the safety data that is given pause. Why else avoid the FDA filing when it was promised over and over?
I'm surprised the share price rose yesterday. Perhaps the market has not fully digested all of this.
