oh and I forgot our daily drugs, tobacco and alcohol. these go up regularly in accordance with bipartisan policy to "make drugs too expensive and so reduce the use". do you reckon the policy works?
do warning labels on a packet of durries or a bottle of beer make any difference to consumption?
