Government to pay people who own houses 200 bucks a week tax free - and in the case of welfare recipients - such as aged or disability pensioners --------- tax free AND the income doesn't count against their pensions

they get paid 200 bucks a week to house people who are either homeless or can't pay the enormous rent that they are paying.


Housing crisis --------------- boom -------- a LOT less inside a month, just with a stroke of the pen.

Cost of living crisis - boom, a lot less for a hell of a lot of Ozzies - both those who had the housing stress and people like pensioners and those who work with spare space in their Mc Mansions


all that is required is political guts
