but it would assist things dramatically
and the first thing the snipers would say is 'who is going to pay for that' and 'how much would it cost'
but, the real questions should be ---------- 'how can you have a nation without a housed population' and 'how much does it cost your country to have your people lacking the base levels of Maslow's hierarchy of needs?'
and that is the point - one can never ever have a nation if the populace are not housed, fed, kept healthy and educated
no nation was ever built on cut cut cut
