    MOC has been on my Radar for a month or 2 now as it seems to pay quite nice Div based on SP. Just wondering why the recent smashing of this stock, it seems to be dropping every day?

    Any news would be appreciated as it looks like a great buy in price.. very little traded stock by the look of it.. at 1pm only 15 trades.
