I like that it is a founder lead company. Remember Greg Moshal holds 15%+ interest in the company. His co-CEO holds almost 6%.

Plenty of skin in the game and so naturally he and his team will be working extremely hard in the background so that the company performs well for the benefit of all shareholders. This is even though they may not be active with announcements like other growth companies.
