although all of these have played a part
jump on the uptrend

this not a pump and dump but look out when the
big buyer has his fill.
ctp says,the company is in active discussion with a number of significant potential farm in partners.

imo,these discussions would be intense,an auction,to and fro,they have z,x offered v,etc.

a potential partner is peeved and decided to force the issue,take a big stake/demand a management position/scare off the opposition.
