A few possible scenarios here Dhuy, I hope Gus does the capital raising as he did elsewhere not so long ago. Shareholders were extremely well looked after but surprisingly some didn't take advantage of the offer. I might be jumping the gun but my name will be down for any possible shortfall. Also I think QPN has three years to spend the $6.5 mil to satisfy govt requirements.
With the potential of the lease for a first well discovery there could very well be a farm in or similar arrangement, hope not but if there is QPN has a pretty strong bargaining position (ground held) with the possible of an additional PSC on offer?
A three well drilling program in Indonesia can cost as little as $2.5 million.

Drilling: ~50% cost savings by drilling small-diameter "slimhole" core wells to conduct critical desorption pressure (CDP) tests rather than costly full-sized wells. This technique is widely used in North America and Australia but not yet in Indonesia.
