Everyone will want their fee for managing the fund no matter who is chosen. I personally can't see any other RE getting investors money back sooner. The bigger the fund the more staff needed and CIY was actually run on the smell of an oily rag for most of its listed life so I doubt anyone else can do it much more cheaply and still do the required work.
