USDA report from last night was very positive. Wheat up 48c, Corn up 48c, Soy up 47c and canola up $19/tn. Looks like acreage is down on Soybeans (-1.5 million acres). Estimations were quite a bit lower than the actual amount of wheat/Corn used for feed. Fingers crossed that we have seen the lows for 12/13. Very dry here in WA for the last 2 months, but have some subsoil moisture that could join up if we have a reasonable break to the season. Canola, Wheat & Barley will be cut back a little this year to give the sheep a bit more feed. All the best for the season.
