g'day cake.60 sleeps until cropping down here. been spanner and hammer swinging for a while.

subsoil moisture minimal to none.

cropping at 160 bucks cereals local silo is a 'who cares' deal.

will put some crop in i suppose,but no idea what or how much yet. will sell some wool,and just crop basic stuff until the wool money is gone,just in case 'something' happens.

sheep prices died a few weeks ago,so y.c. if you really want sheep,eastern values for some lines could be do-able.live ships showing up in the east for the first time in ages. still 80 bucks for a lamb beats 150 bucks for sound wheat.i have tendered for a 'meat breed' stud,quite a few of these becoming available now.

croppers only get about 30 crop seasons between being too young and dumb for the old man to let you go for it,and when the young buck coming up decides you are too old and dumb to know anything.

wasting one of those thirty years on a doomed dud like this one sucks.
