It seems that all you need to do is open an international account and the shares can be transferred into there.
Comsec uses a broker in the States for all its international trading.
As he said to me, if you don't sell your shares from now till April or during that 3 month window on the AIM, its not like they disappear or anything. They would stay as 'issuer sponsored' until advised where to have them transferred.
I see my original post had more views than I would've thought so I hope today's one convinces other Australian holders not to be bullied into a corner and flog their shares too cheaply simply because it seems all too hard.
I noticed yesterday a cheap opportunist greased their way in with a ridiculous offer of 1c. Not bad if you can find a sucker I guess.
Anyone else out there with ideas.
