It looks like Geopacific will get a majority of shares with their new offer but that doesn't a takeover make.Minority holders still have a say.There are often moves like this in a resource company with a lot of potential.I'm holding Kula and want Geopacific to fund their obligations to prove up the resource.There needs to be a good premium to have control.
