I can't see the KGD directors holding out much longer (basically for their own interest) after Pacific Shares now formally transferred.
Even their weighted average argument is falling away with GPR now higher for consecutive days.
In any case KGD were below 2 cents prior to takeover attempt.
Their reply must be due very soon.
