Considering ESIO are not in the money and ESI sentiment is bearish,,, even with the chart implying oversold territory,,, Rtic25's side of the coin could easily be as correct as the other side of the coin which might be;

If you are a manipulator with a fair idea of what is going on behind the scenes, then churn and burn plays whereby you and or your broker create volume on a tightly held option ( comparative ) or highly illiquid option ( devil's advocate ) does tend to shake what appears to be a wilting tree.,,,,,

or,,, a little bit of both,,, considering as most would know,,ESIO are by and large , held in very large numbers by very few entities,,, and the smaller trading holders,, would not be as well versed in the nature of the beast as the large ''inside'' free option holders.

One final word on the options;

I am sure the directors want them to finish ''in the money'' as this would be a significant amount of cash burn for a bunch of ''yet to overtly prove their worth'' directors whom have just, by the way voted themselves a 40% pay rise,, and invoked a series of performance based director incentives ( last anns ) at a time when the company has yet to,, but may actually ''perform'' ( heaven help em if it goes pear shaped )

One final word on performance;

When was the last time you saw a 40% directors fee increase without their being a ''run on the board''
