SP3; in the world of small caps 200% increase isn't that rare.... The fact that ESI are also a tech development stock and have come to the market and look for funding to survive ; hence they are continuously in the red when it come to report time; big wages do push through cash where ever it comes from hence the need to again go to the market or look for more funding...... So at this stage I'm not really surprised that some are thinking of voting no..

if there's good cash coming through the door, due to considerable funding and some indication of deals which in turn will carry such increases well then that's fair enough....

They need to show their hand...
