you would need to read some of my ealier posts but much better if you dont take my word and do your own reading of the posts published about the deal and then check the share prices for the past 4 months... if you to read information and timing of the deal 10 April then 120 days to complete, then you will understand and maybe be agree why it would be a lot better for some parties to have the sp at a very low price until the parys dealic complete.
the deal of the pary mountain calls for 39 million shares at 12 cents (WMT price a month ago) compared to 67 million at 7 cents (WMT pushed down price is now 7 cents)
what can I do if do not understand
Agree with you that investing in the parys mountain could be goodfor WMT....but at what price is still good investment for WMT.
