Considering market cap, shares on offer, revenue and profits alone, I think the company is slightly overvalued to fairly valued. I have a fair value of 36.5 cents.
But I'm not an accountant or very experienced when it comes to valuations. I have arrived at this value simply by comparing the companies market cap, shares on offer, and earnings with other motorbike companies.
The key thing to remember here is I have priced in no future growth on that estimate and the companies I compared to were not EV just standard ICE motorbike companies.
So considering the growth potential of this company, this business, this brand, the EV space, and the green tailwinds that can be/are somewhat relevant here... I'd say it is definitely around fair value right now and I'll be topping up very soon once my USD to AUD transfer comes through in the coming days.
