the sword is coming down here and everyone is now beginning to be a bit concerned.
All of a sudden it is serious.
MMX has gone directly to ILP to limit its exposure and now Tony Sage who is obviously an opportunist (look at cape's history) is now in the mix and he would not be betting the millions that he has put up if there was not some chance of getting it back.
In addition the length of deliberation is very indicative that there will no doubt be an interesting judgement. If it was straight forward the judge would have settled the matter and moved on as they are pretty busy in there.
so there could be a few nervous people out there. I know that this will draw 'guffaws' and alike......but this could get to be a bit of fun when it comes back on.
Grimaldi and Co. must be dreading what is soon to be revealed. No doubt there accountants have been very busy re-signing ownership of assets and alike.
In saying all of this i am not gloating.....i think it is just a very interesting story and will draw alot of press very soon as with the twists and turns it is going to make some good fodder for the journo's
