According to the administrators TON is behind restructured and re capitalised. It appears TON tried to grow a little too quickly and a poorly received capital raising, done in the middle of the extreme commodities sell of, left it underfunded. It has NO debt of any kind just accounts payable...
To the rest of us it feels awfully like liquidation, not a word from our management and an aggressive sales campaign of our asset sales by FH.
In the end it seems we will know very little until second creditors meeting 6 June. But given no debt and comments from the administrators above we live in some small hope of TON being handed back to management and trading again albeit a smaller company ..
Of course you can get involved in the asset stripping conspiracy theories running rampant on his board if you want as well.
