As for a takeover. I'll let others speculate. Obviously RSG's offer gives existing NMG shareholders the opportunity to participate in the re-capitalisation and not become diluted. Downside is they have to fork out more coin to purchase the c. notes to do so.
It is certainly not a takeover but who knows down the track. RSG will need to concern themselves with the investment they have made in NMG and ensure/assist NMG in becoming successful. Given the track record of NMG management we may need to see some changes to make this occur.
