Thank you trombone for your comprehensive overview ... I probably need to think some more on this matter.
However one general comment on the RSG proposal is ...
while RSG has provided some pull-out clauses ...
RSG seems to me to be providing *too fair* a support of NMG that is in a very difficult financial position. Surely RSG could have squeezed the NMG lemon.
*I presume* the only reason RSG has proposed this offer is that RSG sees assets that have significant potential, have synergies with their operations and are available.
