I agree with LEINAD. Why in the world would the GRR Board declare a dividend when they're trying to finance a US$1+ billion project in the next few years?
Clearly, controlling shareholder Shagang is not looking for cash from GRR. On the contrary, they're providing cash in effect by taking product that Bluescope declined to!
