Very wishy washy announcement, clearly just put out to try and stop the share price slide. No real detail, record revenue months mean nothing when your burning through as much cash as this business and have as weak a balance sheet as this business. Some very reputable guys involved here doing a lot of damage to reputation (Fitzpatrick and Clausen). A 10% cut to cost just isn't enough to make a dent. So poorly mismanaged this company, consistently disappointing shareholders.
