If a reasonable and suitably de-risked proposal that represents true value for the PIOP iron ore resources is not provided to FMS shareholders within the next 30 days, then the CEO on his excessive remuneration must be removed immediately. It is simply appalling that the Remuneration committee allowed the CEO to be installed without any LT performance rights or otherwise long term incentives linked to SP performance. This daily cash handout is a disgrace.
It is incumbent on the board to act decisively and drive value creating outcomes for SH.
