Gillards announcement should have no effect on BMN if people were entirely rational.

1. Julia has given the green light for australian mines to export to india
2. BMNs mine exploration is in Namibia, not australia

Only reason for positive movements is general sentiment around uranium because of Julia's announcement. DYL and some of the other explorers might have more reason to jump as some of them have actually spent some money exploring in australia. BMNs price rise is almost entirely attributable to people jumping on the band wagon without really understanding IMO.

By the way, I am not saying that BMN is overvalued, only that Julias anouncement should not have prompted such a jump. This is shown by the smarter people unloading into the upswing.

There was also a rumour of a price jump last week, but none of the indicators I am seeing are showing anything significant (above $53/lb).

BMN still have a capital raising on the near horizon so watch out for that coming soon!
