what's going on here ?

Is this some sort of stalling tactic ? Why are GGP applying for another vertical well when they have four (4) verical's all approved to spud ? Why are they bothering to spend time ? money ? resources ? in attempting to set this vertical when it's not necessary ?

I brought this to the attention to posters here some weeks back but obviously the coy has not been contacted to get a response as to their line of thinking ?

Anyway,here's the next vertical for the coy and good too see they are back on track with the original programme.
