Whilst giving away his time to charity in Cambodia (I admire him for doing charity work but not at the expense of failing businesses), the phone call went through to First Samuel. You know that 1 million left on that loan...... Well we need it for ....... well you know....

First Samuel Sold shares only to give the money straight back to them....... So that they can start to claim some of their loss back through interest and charges.

All IMO and is a possibility among others. However as it only could have been the top three substantial share holders (Gives a 1 in three Chance) and the move was more then 1%.... I am sure we will be notified in the next 5 days as per ASIC requirements.
