Google and see documentary "the china hustle" which alleges a huge fraud being perpetrated on foreign investors in Chinese companies with the complicity of the Chinese Authorities.
Look at other stocks like PEZ, DXF, WMC, CDC, XPD, SBB, TTC, TB8, (many more, the most obvious ones have already been suspended by the ASX) specifically the liquidator reports on the liquidator's website where some of those companies have collapsed and those reports not released to the asx feed.
