There will never EVER be any profit distribution to ordinary shareholders , HTA has enourmous "loans" from Hutchison Wampoa and the crap deal they did with Voda to merge to VHA means a huge chunk of VHA revenue must be paid to Voda UK for "branding and marketing rights" BEFORE wampoa loans are serviced.
There will never EVER be any worthwhile capital gains becuase 90% of stock is held by Voda, Barry Roberts Tompson and Wampoa. The trading pool is just too small and the movement you see is likely to be employee shareholders ditching there non cash bonus in shares when they realise the stock is worthless. I couldn't even speculate who is buying this crap.
Do not buy this stock, money has ony been made on HTA if you bought at the bottom of the GFC for 5(?) cents but why would you buy this crap then with the banks so low...
