    spoke to them a couple of weeks ago and they said, weeks not months away. sounded like they were repricing absolutely everything wrt Dargues to try and savings from the original cost estimate. They apologised for it taking then anticipated but sounded like they were really trying hard to reduce by every dollar possible. I think we will be pleasantly surprised when it is announced.
