I read a lot of your comments but rarely post myself.

While I agree with you that the actions of the BoD has caused the share price to be pretty flimsy, have you thought that maybe the BoD have different planning to what we retail expect? I feel like their decision making is not based on SP growth. They have cash in bank (so confident that their planning doesn't include CR in short term) and feel like some serious accumulation is happening by some bigger funds. So overall I think the BoD feels its more important to feed the bigger funds at a cheaper price in the short term. Any thoughts on this (not about whether they should be or not, different conversation)?

I have watched fairly closely since Parsons bought on market (and other Directors) and feel there has always been some funny buggers played with the SP. I have personally doubled my holdings since there resource upgrade and maybe I am thinking too hopeful as not wanting to make wrong decision.
