case going forward? I am not sure what BTA is trying to do by reporting to the ASX that they have filed the statement of claims in the court. In a civil suit, this is the most normal thing and it is part and parcel of the civil procedures. It is certainly not some 'worthy news'. If a person who has written a letter, it is not news that he was seen posting the letter!

So what is BTA management trying to say when they report that the civil case is moving forward with the filing of the statement of claims?

Surely management has better things to do then to report routine civil procedures, maybe they have nothing better to do.
