MRC cant just dump their stock without agreement with UK investors as that was part of the conditions of the UK float and therefore MRC would not be selling right now. I cant see Caruso selling at these prices in any case.
MRC will need cash for SA projects in the near future however would almost surely arrange an offmarket deal with UK institutions or even Barrick if they were to offload ALD.
