Clause 4.4.1(b)(ii) of Alcidion's Securities Trading Policy states that the blackout period for the half yearly applies from close of business on 31 December each year until close of business on the day following announcement of the company's half yearly results.
This is why not one director has bought on market. They also could not participate in the SPP.
