    If there is a takeover offer, shareholders will gladly accede. The company seems to have lost all momentum.
    • No new contracts
    • broken leaky pipeline
    • no real return on the investment into Silverlink, forgotten already as over-reach
    • cash burn / too many employees
    • customising the installations seems too labour intensive
    • management appear ineffective, unable to stem the rot

    I'm mostly out, and will just hold a few as a reminder of my mistake.
