Share price was $1.50 last year. It was $1.35 around the time of the capital raising which took place at $1.15. Three months later, following an AGM which heralded none of this bad news, the share price is 50c. A lot of people and institutions bought into the capital raising at $1.15 and they, along with all shareholders, are going to be mighty unhappy at the way this has been handled. There have been no guidance announcements since the AGM. The Board has presided over the biggest destruction of shareholder value since the debacle of the abortive takeover bid in 2018. Past practice suggests to me that class action lawyers are going to be taking a hard look at this.
