It doesn’t help hypothesising about what management may or may not be doing (what about the obligation of continuing disclosure?) and/or speculating about what may or may not happen in the future.
The fact is that over the last seven months the share price has declined at a rate of 77% per year, from $0.11 in 13 Jun 2019 to its current $0.047. As far as I’m concerned, that is loss of value and points to a company going nowhere, or leading South.
Anything else is pure semantics about what is ‘value.’
By the way, if you want to discuss value, please refer to Gerard Debreu’s Theory of Value or, if the mathematics are too heavy, then to modern portfolio theory.
