    the directors said they would buy $414,299 in shares for 7 cents each, which was approved at AGM on 28/10/19

    haven't yet issued the shares (thus looks like haven't yet paid up their 7 cents)

    plenty of large sellers around, including 3 million seller yesterday that disappeared
