My guess the market may have overvalued the smoothwall acquisition given it already has a 38% market share in UK. FZO will need to prove they can continue to grow market share and cross sell other products in the UK otherwise it could be considered a mature asset and a discounted value assigned accordingly.
FZO paid around 4 times revenue and are currently trading around 7 times revenue.
The US market is still the main game IMO.
