What's going on with Isentia Group, page-2

It is an interesting company, but in my personal opinion it is overvalued. I find it hard to justify the high PE.

However, you have to bear in mind that there are a lot of institutional investors who seem enamoured with this stock (Roger Montgomery, for example, described the company as 'quality', whatever that means). I believe Alan  Kohler was also recently speaking to the CEO.

As a result, my suspicion is that although the share price will struggle for a few months, it will get some support from the institutionals and so the share price is unlikely to fall too much.
