    ISD is a great business, but it's price got ahead of its underlying value.

    The business has very 'sticky' income and is growing both no of customers and average revenue per customer - a magical mix for any business.

    It's most recent report showed that growth wasn't as strong as perhaps the market had priced it for.

    I'm waiting with finger on the trigger for this one as I believe it has a great competitive advantage. I'm hoping for a price closer to $3-
