all the management rights have freehold real estate as in the managers' unit in the buildings. Stella is a cash cow, they have body corporate salary which is basically guaranteed. Banks generously lend 50% of Mgt rights purchase price value. Unless these guys were stupid Stella cant go wrong. Management rights are a very sound business.
