    I just received the weekly update for Texas drilling permits from Petroswell. On March 7th, Halcon submitted an application for the Nemo well in Caldwell Texas. Halcon had previously applied for the same permit in late November 2013. Could this mean they have varied the original application based on what they have learnt from Stifflemire. Maybe someone with better records access might be able to find more detail
