If you bought FPO for (say) 15 cents and the oppies for (say) 3 cents then you are essentially stuffed. I am assuming shareholders won't get near the 21 cent "valutaion" outlined in the merger details.
Why the 21 cent valuation? For the Directors?
Bottom line is that SBM shareholders have been screwed, I suppose. It doesn't matter what happens to the share price over the next couple of months.
