I think you pretty much have got it. Seems they are in a bit of a lolly scramble behind the scenes all wanting to be captain and forgetting to sail the ship.
Which resulted in someone dumping through the .02's. I think a lot of holders have forgotten about this one for a while. I'm thinking about more at .02 but the $$$ could be tied up for......
