Anybody able to explain why this stock is sitting around like...

Anybody able to explain why this stock is sitting around like this? Is their something I dont know here? It seems like similar phosphate companies have a much higher value after announcing big discoveries. For example LGDI (US exchange)jumped to a couple bucks (and now trades at about $4.50US) after their news. FOZ, which went public earlier this week, tripled after news came out of them containing a deposit of 82mt (which still needs to be confirmed with further drilling tests)! WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH URM???
