Have been sitting quietly on this stock researching for a few days now trying to grasp a hold of all the plays in motion with POK.

Understanding the link between Anada K. and POK is one thing, but what I am not sure about is where the POK reverse takeover comes into play with RAD? - are we talking about a simplistic takeover & intrinsic value increase due this?

My experience with this aspect of micro caps, and in context, reverse takeovers for POK's subsiduary companies is minimalist at best, so appreciate your insight. (appreciating the whole reason of Reverse takeover of POK by BUDDY is simple common sense and straight forwards to understand).

POK & Buddy - link clear as day.
RAD and what they (POK, (& therefore Buddy)) see in RAD is where I lose the link.
