I know you asked abdm for the response and I may be wrong in my estimation of what he is saying but I think the connection is that the same players are involved and RAD will likely be used as another mining company to use as a backdoor listing and the direction of the company will change. Furthermore I would say that the listing will be in the same space as "buddy" and therefore a very promising acquisition. All IMO.
